Position Mission
Coordinate the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of training, capacity-building, and competency development programs and projects of C-TASC AIP, aimed at strengthening the human talent connected to the semiconductor and microelectronics ecosystem.
The position coordinates and participates in the execution of related projects under the Association’s projectized management approach. Its work directly contributes to the development and training of qualified and competent human talent in the fields of microelectronics and semiconductors, with capabilities in scientific and technological research on related topics, as established within the scope of C-TASC AIP’s Statutes.
The role also ensures the coordination of these initiatives with internal units, academic institutions, the productive sector, and other strategic partners.

Academic Background
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Physics, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred:
Master’s-level studies in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Materials Science, Nanotechnology, Project Management, Technical Education, or fields related to semiconductors and microelectronics.
Professional experience
General:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in academic program coordination roles, or a scientific master’s degree in one of the fields mentioned above.
Specific / Preferred:
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Design, coordination, execution, or monitoring of training, capacity-building, and competency development programs.
Project management and follow-up, including schedules, indicators, targets, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordination with academic institutions, companies, research centers, or public-sector organizations.
Recruitment, selection, onboarding, and follow-up processes for participants or beneficiaries.
Preparation of technical reports, progress reports, and executive presentations.
Experience in technology-based organizations, academic institutions, research centers, or entities linked to innovation and technological development is highly valued.
Technical Knowledge
Semiconductor and microelectronics sector:
Knowledge of, or demonstrated interest in, the semiconductor industry, its main stakeholders — academia, government, and industry — and the innovation and technological development trends specific to this field.
Systems and tools:
Proficiency in Office 365 tools, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and OneDrive, as well as project management tools and practices.
